After your Personal Health Coaching session, your health coach may recommend our Multi-Session Vibrant Health & Wellness Program. This program allows you to receive maximum support for your health goals by making gradual step-by-step changes to successfully achieve and maintain lifelong vibrant health and happiness. Together you will determine the length of your program to fully explore concerns specific to you and your body.

Coaching is most effective when done over time. Please consider signing up for a multi-session package (offered at a discount from the single session price). Follow-up sessions are important for you to stay accountable on your plan. We will address any issues that may have arisen since your last session and adjust your plan as needed.  We recognize a need for some people to stay in touch with us between sessions. Our monthly programs include weekly E-mail support between sessions allowing you to stay connected with us to receive maximum results.
